Please follow the Wiring diagram correctly when connecting 2 Way switches. It is possible to place a load on each switch. You only need to ensure that if a Load is connected to any one of the terminals on 1 switch the corresponding load on the second switch is kept empty unless both Gangs intend to be used as 1 Way instead of 2 Way.
When the switches are wired correctly the switches should automatically recognise which buttons will be 2 Way. In the even that it does not occur you can simply pair the buttons and also un-pair them if required. The following procedures are as follows:
Pairing 2 buttons:
- With the lights off press and hold the light switch on the master button (Master button refers to the button where the load is connected) until you see a flashing blue light and then let go.
- Within a 10 second window press the corresponding button on the second switch.
- With the lights off press and hold the light switch on the master button (Slave button refers to the button where no load is connected) until you see a flashing blue light and then let go.
- While the blue light is flashing press and hold the button again until the flashing blue light slows down and stops. This will remove the 2 way link.
Please note that when making the switches work 2 way, L1 will work with L1, L2 with L2 and L3 with L3. It is possible to connect a 2 X 2 Gang 2 Way switches and make 2 buttons work as 2 way and remaining buttons work as 1 way each. I LumoS 2 Way Touch Light switches can only work with another 2 Way Touch light switches. They are not compatible with Mechanical Switches
