Remote Control Pairing (Beep Mode)

My remote control does not work with my Remote Touch Switch, is there an issue? (On/Off Only)

To make the remote control work, you need to synchronise the remote control with your Remote Switch. To do this, please ensure that the remote control has a battery so check that when a button is pressed, there is a little red light that comes on, and then follow the instructions below:

Turn the lights off, with the lights off, please press and hold on to the light switch button for about 5 seconds until you hear a beep.
When you hear the beep, let go off the light switch and then press and hold A or B on the remote control once.

How do I synchronise my Remote Control to my Remote Dimmer Switch? (Remote Dimmer Only)

For 1 Gang 1 Way Remote Dimmer switches:

Turn the lights off, with the lights off, please press and hold on to the light switch button for about 5 seconds until you hear a beep.
When you hear a beep, let go off the light switch and press “A” on the remote control once. “A” is used to turn the lights on off, “C” is to dim the lights, and “D” is to turn the lights back up. A and B are pre-synchronised. The dimming on the remote control is in steps, so press the button between each press to dim the lights up or down.

For 2 Gang 1 Way Remote Dimmer switches:

Turn the lights off, with the lights off, please press and hold on to the light switch button for about 5 seconds until you hear a beep.
When you hear a beep, let go off the light switch and then press Button A on the remote control once.
Follow the same procedure for any other Gangs the remote will use by using Button B. C and D directly under are for dimming up and down.
