Step 1: Synchronise your remote control with your switches:

  1. Turn the lights off, with the lights off, please press and hold on to the light switch button for approximately 5 seconds until you see a blue flashing light in the circle.
  2. When you see the flashing blue light, let go off the light switch and then press and hold A, B or C on the remote control once. D is Master Off and can turn off all Buttons paired to A, B and C.

WIFI Dimmer Switches:

  1. Turn the lights off, with the lights off, please press and hold on to the light switch button for about 5 seconds until you see a blue flashing light in the circle.
  2. When you see the flashing blue light, let go off the light switch and then press Dim1, Dim2 or Dim3 (on the White Remote Control) or C (on the key fob remote control) once.

Follow the same procedure for any other Gangs the remote will use by using Dim 2 and Dim 3. Arrows directly under are for dimming up and down.

Step 2: Synchronise the Switches with the Broadlink RM PRO

  1. Connect the Broadlink RM PRO Device to a mains port in the range of your Router.
  2. Reset the device by sticking and holding a pin for 5 seconds on the side of the device where it says Reset and then let go until you get a fast flashing blue light. If the light is already flashing blue, reset is unnecessary.
  3. Download the Broadlink RM PRO app from your app store, called IHC.
  4. Sign up for an account using the instructions on the app
  5. Click Add Device
  6. Input your WIFI password when prompted and create a wireless connection between the Router and the Broadlink device. If the connection cannot be made in the first attempt, please reset the Broadlink device and ensure that you are on 2.4 GHz only. If you are on Dual-band, please ensure that the Bands are split as Broadlink does not support 5 GHz.
  7. Once the device has been added, you can now add the appliance.
  8. For On/Off only switches, please choose the Option Switch and for Dimmer switches, please choose Lamp.
  9. If you choose to switch, click Can’t find my Brand at the bottom, Choose the number of Ways of your Switch, Name your switch, Learn the button for On and Off by choosing the RF remote option. Firstly press any button on the remote control until the Broadlink learns the frequency, and then you will be prompted to learn the button you wish to use
  10. If you choose Lamp, click Can’t find my Brand at the bottom, Name your switch, Learn the button for On and Off by selecting the RF remote option. Firstly press any button on the remote control until the Broadlink learns the frequency, and then you will be prompted to learn the button you wish to use
  11. When prompted, test the button, and if worked, press Yes if it did not work, press No and Click Learn Again to try to learn the signal once more. Please ensure that the remote control is closed to the Broadlink during the learning process to work effectively.
